Roblox Party is a feature for a small group of players who want to stay together. A party can include up to six people and can move the group into the same game server.
Party chat and invitations depend on age checks, communication settings and the country where the account is used. That is why two friends may not see exactly the same buttons.
Starting a party
Open the Party section in Roblox, choose eligible connections and send invitations. Once they accept, the group can choose a game and try to join together.
A game can still be full or have its own restrictions. Party does not guarantee a place in every server, especially when the group is large.
Party chat
Eligible members can message the group without using a game's public chat. Roblox communication filters and Community Standards still apply.
Do not add strangers just because they promise to help in a game. A party makes it easier for them to follow you between games, so only accept invitations you understand.
Why Party may be missing
Roblox may require an age check before communication features are available. Parent controls, blocked users, regional rules or an account's age group can also limit Party.
Changing a setting is not always enough if the account is too young for that feature. Do not use a false birthday or somebody else's identity to get around the restriction.
