Your first visit to Ronald's does not have to begin behind the counter. Walk around, order some food and watch how the kitchen works. Once you are ready, becoming staff is free.
Become a Trainee
Enter the kitchen and press Apply to take the Trainee quiz. Read each question rather than guessing. The quiz checks the basic information you need before working with other players.
After joining the staff team, open Menus > Staff Handbook. The handbook explains the rules, how to handle problems and when to ask Management for help.
Choose one job to learn first
Cashiers take customer orders, cooks prepare food and janitors keep the restaurant clean. The drive-through and restocking jobs help a different part of the same restaurant. Pick one role and learn its prompts before trying to do everything at once.
If you make a mistake, fix it and carry on. New staff are not expected to know every item immediately.
Earn Points and rank up
Staff earn Points by completing work. As your total grows, the ranking system can move you through higher staff ranks automatically.
For a head start, open Menus > Redeem Codes. Code RONALDS gives 50 Points and code LAIUS gives another 50 Points.
Join a shift when one starts
During a shift, choose a role and work with the host and supervisors. Shifts are a useful way to practise one job, meet other staff and earn more Points through attendance and performance.
Ask for help properly
If somebody is seriously breaking the rules, use Modcall instead of starting an argument. For ordinary work questions, ask another staff member or Management. Most players would rather explain something than watch a new worker stay confused.
