This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules and prohibited uses of all services provided by Laius Entertainment ("we", "us", "our"). This policy applies to everyone who accesses or uses our platforms, regardless of location.
Laius Entertainment is based in Poland and provides services to users worldwide.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services to:
- Violate Laws: Engage in any illegal activity, including fraud, gambling, or piracy.
- Harm Others: Bully, threaten, doxx, or harass any person or group.
- Make Real-World Threats: Make real-world threats or engage in swatting.
- Hack or Exploit: Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or other users' accounts. Do not use scripts, bots, or cheats.
- Share Exploit Code: Share or distribute exploit code, cheat tools, or hack tutorials.
- Spam: Send unsolicited bulk messages, promotions, or advertisements.
- Distribute Malware: Upload viruses, worms, or any other malicious code.
- Impersonate: Pretend to be a Laius Entertainment staff member, another user, or any third party in order to deceive others.
- Circumvent Restrictions: Attempt to bypass any security measure, access control, or enforcement action applied to your account.
- Evade Bans: Create new accounts or use alternative accounts to get around a suspension or ban.
- Trade or Sell Accounts: Buy, sell, trade, or give away your account or any in-game items for real-world currency or value outside of official Laius Entertainment systems.
- Abuse In-Game Systems: Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt the experience for others. If you discover a bug, report it instead.
- File False Reports: Submit fake or misleading reports against other users or abuse the reporting system.
- Advertise Restricted Content: Advertise gambling, alcohol, drugs, or age-restricted services.
- Phishing and Social Engineering: Attempt to trick others into revealing passwords or personal information (phishing or social engineering).
- Scam Others: Scam other users through fake trades or misleading offers.
2. Content Restrictions
You may not create or share content that:
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate groups.
- Infringes on someone else's intellectual property rights, such as uploading stolen assets or copyrighted material without permission.
- Contains personal or private information about another person without their consent.
3. Reporting and Enforcement
We actively monitor our services for violations of this policy. If you are found to be in breach of this AUP, we may take action including but not limited to:
- Issuing a formal warning.
- Temporarily suspending your access to our services.
- Permanently banning you from all Laius Entertainment games and services. This applies to our services only and does not affect your Roblox account.
In most cases, enforcement follows a progressive approach: a warning first, then a temporary suspension, and finally a permanent ban for repeated or serious violations. However, we reserve the right to skip steps and permanently ban accounts immediately in cases of severe abuse (such as exploiting, distributing malware, or illegal activity). The severity of the action taken will depend on the nature and frequency of the violation.
If we take enforcement action, we will inform you which rule was broken, the basis for the decision, and what action was taken.
3.1 Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may appeal by contacting us at [email protected]. We will review your appeal and respond within 14 days.
4. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of Poland. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
