Acceptable Use Policy

In most cases, enforcement follows a progressive approach: a warning first, then a temporary suspension, and finally a permanent ban for repeated or serious violations. However, we reserve the right to skip steps and permanently ban accounts immediately in cases of severe abuse (such as exploiting, distributing malware, or illegal activity). The severity of the action taken will depend on the nature and frequency of the violation.

If we take enforcement action, we will inform you which rule was broken, the basis for the decision, and what action was taken.

4. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of Poland. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
