If something unsafe or rule-breaking happens in one of our games, the fastest way to get help is to call a moderator through Modcall. Here is how reports should be sent and reviewed.
Step 1: Call a moderator through Modcall
Open Menus in the top-left corner of the game, select Modcall, and describe the offender and what they did. Include their username if you can, what rule they broke, and any important details that help our Trust & Safety team understand the situation.

Step 2: Trust & Safety reviews the call
Our Trust & Safety moderators will do their best to join the game and assist. They may review the situation, check available evidence, and take the appropriate action based on our rules.
Step 3: If no moderator arrives, use the Safety Centre
If a moderator is not able to join, or if you need to report something after leaving the game, submit a Safety Centre report at laiusentertainment.com/safety-centre. Please include the offender, what happened, when it happened, and any screenshots or clips if you have them.
Step 4: Action is taken when there is evidence
Once a report is reviewed, action may be taken against the player who broke the rules. Depending on how serious the violation was, this can range from a warning or kick to a temporary suspension or permanent removal from our games.

We take safety reports seriously. Please use Modcall first when you are still in-game, and use the Safety Centre when a moderator cannot join or when you need to report something with evidence after the incident.
For general questions that are not safety reports, you can still contact us at [email protected].
