Error code 267 means a Roblox game removed you from the server. Roblox Support describes it as being banned from an experience, but games can use the same kick system for several reasons.
Read the text beside the code. It may name a rule, say the account is too new, show a temporary check or provide an appeal link.
A game ban is not always a Roblox ban
Game creators can ban players from their own game without banning the whole Roblox account. You may still be able to join other Roblox games normally.
Roblox platform moderation is different. If Roblox restricted the account itself, you normally see a moderation notice when signing in rather than only error 267 inside one game.
Do not try to evade it
Joining on another account can break the game's rules and may turn a temporary problem into a longer ban. Repeatedly reconnecting also does not remove a server-side record.
Take a screenshot of the full message and check the game's official appeal route. Do not send passwords, security codes or money to somebody claiming they can unban you.
What if it looks like a mistake?
Contact the game's moderation team with your exact username or user ID, the message and any useful context. Keep the explanation short and honest.
Roblox Support cannot usually reverse a ban chosen by an independent game creator. For a restriction issued by Roblox itself, use the appeal details in Roblox's notice.
