We want parents to know exactly what happens when someone breaks the rules in our games. Here's a step-by-step look at how our moderation works.
Step 1: Something happens
A player says or does something that breaks our Community Standards.
Player saying something inappropriate
Step 2: A player tells a Manager
If a player sees something wrong, they can walk up to any Manager in-game and let them know. Our Managers are staff members who are regularly present across our games. They're there to help.

Step 3: The Manager makes a report
The Manager submits a report through our support system. This report is then reviewed by our moderation team.
Step 4: Action is taken
Once the report is reviewed, the player who broke the rules is banned. Depending on how serious the violation was, this can be a temporary suspension or a permanent removal from our games.

What if there's no Manager online?
Sometimes there might not be a Manager available in the game. If that happens, there are still ways to report:
- Through our website: You can submit a report directly at laiusentertainment.com/contact.
- Through Roblox: Use the built-in report system by going to Menu > Report. Please note that reports made through Roblox may take longer to process as they are handled by Roblox's own moderation team, not ours.
We take every report seriously. If your child ever feels unsafe in one of our games, please encourage them to speak to a Manager or to tell you so you can report it on their behalf.
If you have any questions or concerns, you can always reach us at [email protected].
